NIH	IIDP Data Resource Trainee Scholar Award	The Integrated Islet Distribution Program (IIDP) announces a new funding initiative, the 2023 IIDP Data Resource - Trainee Scholar Award (DRTSA), that is intended to advance research in human pancreas biology by providing trainees with support and access to detailed donor and islet data contained within the IIDP’s Research Data Repository (RDR). NIDDK	NIDDK-DDEMD Program Director - Neural Mechanisms of Metabolic Control	The Director of the Neural Mechanisms of Metabolic Control program in the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases of NIDDK (DDEMD) will work closely with the Division Director to enhance research activity by identifying opportunities for enabling basic and translational research investigating the role of the peripheral nervous system in the regulation of metabolic function and metabolic diseases of interest to DDEMD, specifically obesity and diabetes.
